Elle is the founder and artist of Pastel Persons. With a background in digital marketing and a drive for creating a better world she found her calling in the NFT/Web3 community. She is a powerhouse of a woman that leads this team with her whole heart.
Meet Randa, our Community Outreach Manager. With her upbeat personality and love for human connection, she has helped build the Pastel community into a true family. As a mother to 6, she is working hard to make a safe space for youth and families.
Dawn is our amazing Admin Assistant, supporting the team by keeping things organized and taking care of “back office” work. She believes there is a place for everyone within the Web3 space.
Our developer, Chelle, has a passion for learning and challenging herself. After discovering the blockchain she decided to go full-time, leveraging her previous developer experience to transition into the Web3 space. Her knowledge, skills and abilities have helped to bring Pastel Persons to life.
Our hands-on effort to onboard women and families into the space. Anyone can contribute by pairing up with a new-comer to answer questions or share what you've learned along the way. Wouldn't you have benefited from someone pointing you in the right direction? We see everyday how you don't need to be an expert to have experience that could prove beneficial to someone else just starting in the space.
This program is a great way to network, share what you know, and build a support system to navigate this space and explore what it has to offer. There is something for everyone!

We have purchased two plots of land in the metaverse and are running a competition with an architectural college program in Denmark to utilize their 3D modeling and architectural skills to create two buildings -The Clubhouse and the Art Gallery.
This exciting opportunity allows us onboard Persons from outside of Web3 into the NFT space, where they can leverage their current skills and apply them to this industry.
We will hold events, virtual concerts, skill-building and mental-health workshops. Artists and projects the community decides to support will have their place in our gallery, and community members will have a place to connect and create collaboratively.
